DIANA PULLEIN-THOMPSON has written numerous children`s books for which she is world famous. As Diana Farr she has written two biographical works. Her best-selling memoirs of a country childhood, Fair Girls and Grey Horses, written with her two sisters, was published in September 1996. She is married, with two grown-up children, and lives in Surrey.
